Interim Notice

These Terms & Conditions are an interim operational version for the current site launch. They are intended to clearly describe how we work today and may be replaced with counsel-reviewed language later.

Quotes, Proofs, and Approvals

Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are issued. Pricing, freight, timing, and inventory may change if project scope, quantities, destinations, customization requirements, or supplier conditions change.

Production begins only after you approve the applicable proof, artwork, mockup, or written specification. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, addresses, logos, colors, and all other approval details before final signoff.

Custom Product Terms

Most Award Maven products are custom, engraved, printed, kitted, or otherwise personalized to your specifications. Because of that:

• Custom, engraved, imprinted, or personalized items are generally non-cancelable once production has started.
• Custom, engraved, imprinted, or personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they contain a defect or do not match the approved proof or specification due to our error.
• If a production error is caused by approved customer-supplied artwork, text, data, or instructions, remake or refund obligations may be limited.

Non-Custom Returns

For non-personalized and non-engraved products, return requests must be initiated promptly after delivery and may be subject to approval, condition review, original packaging requirements, return freight responsibility, and applicable restocking fees.

Return eligibility is determined case by case based on product condition, supplier constraints, and whether the item is resalable.

Shipping and Delivery

Quoted delivery dates are estimates unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. Carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, address issues, and supplier disruptions can affect transit and arrival timing.

For drop-ship or multi-address programs, you are responsible for the accuracy of the recipient data you provide. Additional fees may apply for address correction, rerouting, reshipping, returned packages, customs handling, or special delivery requirements.

Payment Terms

Unless another agreement is in place, orders may require prepayment, deposit, or payment according to the quote, invoice, or approved account terms. Award Maven may pause work, shipment, or release of goods if payment obligations are overdue.

Limitation of Operational Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Award Maven's responsibility for a claim related to an order is generally limited to the amount paid for the affected goods or services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or event-related losses arising from delays, shipment issues, or approval mistakes outside our control.
