Questions buyers ask us
- How much for 125, 250 or 500?
- Unit price drops at each break, and the breaks differ by product. Tell us the quantities and we quote them side by side.
- Are there setup fees?
- Some methods carry a one-time setup charge, shown as its own line on the quote. A reorder with the same logo usually does not pay it again.
- How big can the logo be, and where does it go?
- Each product has a standard imprint area, and your proof shows your logo at exact size and position. Want it elsewhere, or two logos? Say so and the proof shows that.
- Can you put our logo on brand-name products?
- Often, yes: Stanley, Melin, Brooks Brothers and more are in the catalog. Some brands limit decoration, so we confirm the options before you order.
- What's the minimum order?
- It varies by product and each product page shows it. Need fewer? Ask and we tell you what is possible.
- How long does it take?
- Promotional products take 1–2 weeks after proof approval, plus shipping. Give us your in-hands date and we tell you whether it holds before you commit.
- Can I get a sample?
- Yes. Ask when you request a quote, and we tell you what it costs before anything ships.
- Can we order blanks, with no logo?
- Usually, yes. Blanks follow the same minimums, and we confirm colour and size availability first.
- Do you ship outside the United States?
- Tell us the destination with your quote request. We confirm shipping and duties before you commit.
- Do you have plastic-free or recycled options?
- Yes: recycled cotton totes, stainless drinkware, RPET bags and FSC-certified notebooks. Say recycled in your request and we quote only those.
- Do you accept purchase orders?
- Yes. We accept purchase orders and offer net terms, and Award Maven is a Coupa and SAP Ariba supplier.
