Standard Shipping
Free Standard Shipping: Free on all orders shipping within the United States.
Fast Products: Many in-stock and fast-production products typically arrive within 2-6 business days.
Custom engraved awards and deal toys keep the production timelines shown below, so your delivery estimate stays accurate for the product you choose. Standard shipping is available to all 50 US states. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Expedited Shipping
2-Day Air: Delivery within 2 business days after production Overnight: Delivery next business day after production
Rush production and expedited carrier delivery are available on many products for an additional charge. We'll confirm the options that fit your product, artwork, and destination before production begins.
Note: Expedited carrier delivery does not reduce production time unless rush production is also available for your item.
Production Times
Production times vary by product type:
- Standard Awards: 7-10 business days
- Custom Engraved Awards: 10-14 business days
- Deal Toys & Custom Designs: 2-4 weeks
- Promotional Products: 1-2 weeks
Production begins after artwork approval. Rush production is available on most items for an additional fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your package

Split Shipments
For orders shipping to multiple locations, we offer:
- Drop Shipping: Ship directly to multiple recipients
- Bulk to Single Location: Ship entire order to one address
- Hybrid: Some items to you, some direct to recipients
Free standard shipping applies to each served destination. Contact us to coordinate addresses, packaging, and timelines for your shipment.
International Shipping
We offer free international shipping to served countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, and select destinations in Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.
Typical international delivery windows after production are:
- Europe: approximately 9-19 business days
- Asia-Pacific: approximately 9-20 business days
- Other served international destinations: approximately 12-26 business days
International orders may also:
- Are subject to customs duties and taxes (paid by recipient)
- Require accurate customs documentation
If your destination is not listed as served, contact us and we'll confirm whether we can arrange delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery)
- Provide photos of any damage
- We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue
- Replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate
All shipments are insured for the full order value.
