This is a unique and budget friendly option for every awards program. This plaque is a standard wall size that measures 12" x 15". The satin silver metal perpetual plates measure 2.5" w x 0.5" h. NOTE: Published price includes decorated plaque, but DOES NOT include the 18 personalized plates. Prepay for all 18 plates at $20.00 (R) each, or pay for plates as needed for $25.00 (R) each.
