Bands feature convenient resistance levels stamped onto the TPE. Each band is 12" long when laid flat and can be easily store in the accompanying pouch: great for traveling. Imprinting on polyester pouch only. Resistance Strength of each Color Band: Green: 5 lbs, Blue: 10 lbs, Yellow: 15 lbs, Red: 20 lbs, Black: 25 lbs. Complies with Prop 65. 4 1/2" W x 6 1/2" H
