Constructed of 600D polyester. Features zipper pouch, reinforced metal holes and fits most standard 3-ring binders. Adheres to CPSIA guidelines and marking requirements. Includes two black white 7900 Jo-Miser Round Pencils, a blank white 7000 Competitor Stick Pen, a jumbo eraser, a 6" wooden ruler and a pencil sharpener. 7 1/4" H x 10 1/2" W

Yes, a one-time setup of $55.00.
