The Polar black large art piece was Designer Göran Wärff. The designer created the Polar series with inspiration from landscapes and ice. Polar is a bold, artistic object from the archives of Kosta Boda. It originally launched in 1974 after its creation as a gift for the Sydney Opera House. Glass is a liquid. It's as alive as rippling water. In Polar, I have frozen that movement in time, capturing the convergence of ice and light in an optical phenomenon.
