Each tag supplied with standard ID card (printed on front) and tag instructions (on back). As easy a 1-2-3. Insert your ID or business card, peel back the laminate adhesive backing and press the laminate layer over your card and seal. Made in USA. 4.5" W x 2.5" H x 0.04" D
