The ice-hardened FRIODUR blade starts sharp and stays sharper longer, with a precision-honed, laser-controlled edge for ideal cutting angles and 57 Rockwell hardness. Includes a 2.75" bird's beak peeling knife, 2.75" trimming knife, 4" paring knife, 5" serrated utility knife, 5" HE Santoku knife, 8" bread knife, 8" chef's knife, (8) 4.5" steak knives, kitchen shears, 9" sharpening steel, and a bamboo storage block.
