The ice-hardened FRIODUR blade starts and stays sharper longer, with a precision-honed edge for the ideal cutting angle. The triple-riveted POM handle offers comfort and stability while cutting. Hand washing is recommended. The set includes a 5.5" serrated prep knife and a 5.5" fine edge prep knife.
