Temperature range 50 °F to 400 °F with 5-degree increments. Auto "pre-heat" feature ensures accurate cooking at desired temperature. Advanced safety feature prevents unit from operating if drawer is not placed. Integrated probe ensures food temperature. 3 Wattage settings: 900W, 1500W, and 1800W. Drawer is dishwasher safe.
