Heritage Steel presents 5" Cheese Knife. A small, thin blade shaped to cut easily through soft or hard textures. The serrated blade has cutouts that reduce sticking, and a speared tip for serving. This knife makes a beautiful and useful addition to cheese and hors d'oeuvres plates. These Hammer Stahl knives are made in the tradition of the great German knife makers, but with a patented new design and a manufacturing process that allows them to be affordable. 0.5" L x 9" W x 1" H
