Product Details

This skillet offers rapid and even heat thanks to a fully embedded heating element. The trigger-release control probe allows precise temperature control from 200 to 400°F. Its thick cast aluminum body features a black lacquer finish that resists rusting and warping. The PFOA-free marbleized nonstick coating is more durable than regular nonstick surfaces. A tempered glass lid locks in flavors, and the unit is safety tested and ETL listed with 1000-1200 watts of power. It is dishwasher safe and fully immersible once the control is removed.
