The Centurion 7" Nakiri takes a classic Japanese vegetable knife and gives it a flare of Roman military efficiency. This long, rectangular blade is engineered for relentless vegetable prep that could feed an army. The broad blade and divots keep slices from sticking so they fall away easily and can be quickly transferred from board to pan or plate.
