Carve up a roast ham or turkey, or make long, clean cuts through a watermelon with this beast of a blade. The double bevel and hand-sharpened to 8-12° degrees for ultra-precise slicing. The 67 layer Damascus Steel is forged for enhanced strength. The robust resin handle is reinforced with stabilized wood and a G10 Ring for added durability. 19" L x 3.51" W x 1.5" H
