Characterized by distinctive traditional Damascus that is specific to premium level knives. Made from the finest Japanese steel. Blade has undergone premium Japanese sharpening process for a sharper edge. Engineered and tested to meet Rockwell 53 hardness for optimum performance. Traditional hammered tsuchime on blades help release slices of food.
