The Leo Graphite Grill Plate 12.75" is crafted from 100% recycled cast aluminum and features a sustainable, healthy, and non-toxic CeraGreen ceramic coating that is PTFE and PFAS free, allowing for cooking without oil or fat. Designed for use on all stove types, its recycled aluminum body and flat disk bottom provide fast, even, and energy-efficient heat distribution, and it is oven safe up to 230°C (450°F). The plate has seamless construction between the aluminum body for enhanced hygiene and wide handles for a safe grip, even when using oven mitts or potholders. 16.5" L x 10.75" W x 1.5" H
