Includes 1 LED Bulb, 2 Non-Replaceable Lithium Batteries, Black Split Ring, Spot Color Screen Print up to 10 spot colors (maximum). White and Black count as colors & require a setup charge; contact Customer Service on EXACT repeat orders w/in 12 months. Max size 3" x 3". Complies with Prop 65. 3" L x 3" H
