The streamlined look is completed with waterproof fabric and a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish that resist wind and rain. Made with 100% polyester knit shell w/DWR finish bonded to water-resistant film insert and a 100% poly brushed grid-texture, microfleece lining. Can be zipped in and secured by snap attachments inside an outer Collective layer. Complies with CPSIA.
