Our standard shipping utilizes UPS Ground, but we are able to expedite should it be necessary to meet your in hands date. See below for estimated timelines, and feel free to reach out for more information on delivery timelines to your exact location:

Drop Shipping to Multiple Locations

When shipping your order to multiple addresses, there will be a handling fee of $10.00 per address for domestic shipments. This charge covers the extra labor and packaging materials required to individually package and deliver each shipment. This charge is in addition to the actual cost to ship. 

Please download and fill out this Excel Sheet and send to [email protected] along with your order number. Recipient addresses MUST be provided in the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet linked above. We will review your shipping information and attempt to detect and correct invalid addresses, but we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of addresses you provide. Undeliverable packages will incur additional reshipping fees or be discarded without refund or credit.

Undeliverable packages will incur additional reshipping fees or be discarded without refund or credit. Award Maven will retain the right to invoice for any expenses associated with address correction, rerouting, and reshipping fees for a period of up to 90 days following the initial delivery.

3rd Party Shipping On Your Shipper Number

Award Maven is happy to ship on your UPS or FedEx account at no additional cost! 

International Shipping

Award Maven is proud to ship worldwide. All orders shipped outside of the US must be shipped on your UPS or FedEx account. A phone number and email for the recipient is required for international shipments in order to clear customs.

When shipping your order to multiple addresses, there will be a handling fee of $25.00 per address for international shipments. This charge covers the extra labor and packaging materials required to individually package and deliver each shipment, plus time preparing international shipping documents such as commercial invoices, KYC forms, etc. This charge is in addition to the actual cost to ship that will be billed to you by your carrier of choice.

It is the responsibility of the sender and receiver to ensure customs clearance. Award Maven is not to be held responsible for international shipments that are abandoned or costs of return shipments.
