Customization costs depend on the complexity of your request. All of our awards include the imprint process, artwork and personalization, but additional imprint methods, locations, or color fill may incur additional fees. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Award Maven accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as ACH payments or checks. For your ease and peace of mind, a secure link is sent for all credit card payments. Your payment information is protected with industry-standard security protocols.

Yes, a deposit or payment upfront may be required for custom orders. The payment amount and schedule will be noted in your quote.

No, transparency is key at Award Maven. All costs for your awards will be outlined in your quote, including design, production, and shipping. There are no hidden fees.

Yes, we are happy to save you time and money by offering direct shipping to recipients!

Awards are carefully packaged in premium boxes with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Most of our products will also come in a presentation box.

If an award arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours. Provide photos of the damaged award, and we’ll work quickly to provide a replacement.

Yes, we offer sample products for most items. Contact our team to discuss your needs, and we’ll provide a sample for review.
