Award Maven Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Award Maven. We understand that sometimes a return is necessary. This policy outlines how we handle returns for different types of products.

  1. Returns for Non-Personalized & Non-Engraved Products (Blank Items)

We are happy to accept returns for non-personalized and non-engraved products (i.e., “blank” items) under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, in their original packaging.
  • Initiating a Return: Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method from a major carrier and providing us with the tracking number. Award Maven is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price may apply to returned non-personalized items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund (less the restocking fee and original shipping charges, if applicable) to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  1. Personalized, Engraved, and Custom Imprinted Products

Due to their unique and personalized nature, engraved, custom imprinted, and otherwise personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Engraving Accuracy Guarantee: We take great care to ensure your artwork and text are engraved or imprinted exactly as per your approved proof. If you receive an item that does not match your final approved proof due to an error on our part, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to correct the error and replace your piece as quickly as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the discrepancy.
  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Shipped Items (Applies to All Products)

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered (excluding engraving errors covered above), please follow these steps:

  • Notification: Contact our dedicated team at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Evidence: For a swift resolution, please provide your order number and email clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including any damage to the packaging.
  • Resolution: Our team will review your claim and assist you with a credit, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
  • Shipping Damage Claims: If damage occurred during shipping, claims for breakage must also be reported directly to the shipping carrier within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please keep all original cartons and packaging materials for inspection by the carrier. To initiate the breakage claims process with us, please send an email detailing the breakage and include images showing the product damage and the packaging. Replacements for items confirmed damaged in transit will be sent as quickly as possible.
