Engraving Accuracy Guarantee: We make every effort to ensure your artwork is etched precisely as you’ve approved it. If you have received an item that is not engraved according to your proofs, please reach out and we will replace your piece ASAP!
Handling Damages: Claims for breakage must be reported to the carrier within 3 days of receiving your shipment. In the unfortunate event of breakage, please keep all cartons and packaging for inspection.
To initiate the breakage claims process, please send an email detailing the breakage and images to show packaging. Replacements for damaged awards and presentation boxes will be sent as quickly as we can.
Please note that engraved, imprinted, and customized products are not returnable or refundable. Non-engraved and non-custom imprinted products in new and resalable condition may be returned for a full refund, less a restocking fee of up to 20%, and all return shipping costs.
