No! The cost of engraving is included in the award prices.

Yes! We have experience drop shipping hundreds of packages across the globe. 

Drop Shipping will cost between $10.00-15.00/address for domestic shipments. International shipments will incur a drop ship charge between $12.50-20.00/address. Please reach out with your details for a quote that is tailored to your specific needs.

Yes! We are happy to ship internationally for you. We will require YOUR FedEx or UPS Account Number, and additional fees may apply for preparing the shipment documents. 

International ship times will vary based on the country, please allow at least 1-2 weeks for most countries unless you select an expedited shipping option.

We take special precautions in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition, minimizing the risk of breakage during transit. Additionally, many of our awards include their own presentation box, enhancing the overall experience for your event.

On the rare occasion but if you happen to receive a damaged item, kindly inform us within five (5) business days of receiving your order. We’ll be glad to replace it for you at no cost. We might ask for photos of the damaged award and its packaging to assist in processing your claim promptly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want your award experience to be flawless.

Once your proofs are approved, lead time for in stock awards is typically between 3-10 business days, in addition to shipping time.

Custom shaped awards require 4-16 weeks depending on material, quantity, and other order details.

Sure, you have the option to cancel your award order provided that the proofs haven’t been approved or your items haven’t entered production yet. If you choose to cancel, please note that a restocking fee may apply. Additionally, award orders involving custom pieces, such as custom colored art glass awards or custom cut glass shapes, are not eligible for cancellation.

There is no minimum order to work with Award Maven – you can order 1 or 1,000! However, certain items such as paperweights, small gifts, medals, coins, custom awards, etc. may have a minimum order quantity.
